Construct strong, contemporary looking, tool cribs with the RapidWire™ welded wire partition system. Stack standard RapidWire panels between tube posts to desired wall height. Panels are made of tough 1-1/4" x 3" welded mesh, reinforced with steel angle. Panels mount to 2" square steel posts with self tapping screws. Full line of standard hinged and sliding doors complete the system. Open but secure design allows free circulation of light, HVAC, and fire suppression systems throughout secured areas.

RapidWireTM Welded Wire Tool Crib MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS
PANELS - shall be constructed of 1-1/4" x 3" welded mesh, 10 gauge vertical wires securely welded to 8 gauge horizontal wires. Each panel has two 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" x 13 gauge roll formed angles welded along its length. Panels mount to post with metal band and self tapping screw.
POSTS - shall be made of 2" x 2" x 14 gauge steel tubing. Base plates of 2" x 7" x 1/4" steel flat with two 7/16" round holes for floor anchoring, are welded to each. Top of post is finished with decorative plastic cap. Posts have factory drilled pilot holes to accept self tapping screws.
DOORS - shall be constructed of 1-1/4" x 3" welded wire mesh, securely welded into a 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" x 13 gauge steel angle frame. Doors have 10" x 16 gauge steel plate welded across center. Optional door lock designed to fit into formed center plate. Two horizontal, (and for hinge doors, two diagonal) stiffeners made of 1/4" x 3/4" flat steel are welded to door frame behind the mesh.
HARDWARE - All erection hardware is supplied with order. Panels attach to posts with 1/4" x 1" self drilling, self tapping screws and metal bands attached to panel border wire. Posts anchor to floor with 3/8" wedge type anchors.
FINISH - Non-plated parts receive one coat of gray acrylic enamel. Other colors and powder coat are available.
